While Luxora facilitates secure transactions and quality standards, return and refund eligibility may vary depending on product type and seller policies.

1. RETURN PERIOD
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their item, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Selected products may have different return periods based on seller policies, which will be clearly displayed on the product page.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Navigate to My Orders.
Select the relevant order.
Click Request Return/Refund.
Select the reason for return.
Upload supporting photos or videos if required.

6. RETURN SHIPPING
Depending on the circumstances:
Luxora or the seller may arrange pickup.

7. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

15. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, subject to applicable laws.
Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
16. FINAL DECISION
In disputes between buyers and sellers, Luxora may investigate the matter and make a final decision based on platform policies, available evidence, and applicable laws.
